Support Worker Location: Bridgend Salary: £26'325 per annum + Sleep ins Hours: Full-time About the Role We are looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to join our team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You'll help people live independently, participate in their communities, and enjoy meaningful daily routines. Key Responsibilities Provide physical, practical, and emotional support tailored to each person Assist with personal care, household tasks, shopping, and food preparation Encourage independence and community involvement Support individuals with hobbies, education, and leisure activities Follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans and maintain accurate records Work flexibly as part of a team, including sleep-ins and weekend shifts What We're Looking For A commitment to valuing people as equals Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship will be considered for this role) Ability to support people with learning disabilities in a safe, flexible way Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work shifts and contribute to a positive team culture Full UK driving licence (Essential) 6 months or more experience in a Adults Care setting (Essential) Training and Development Full induction and ongoing training Opportunity to work towards a recognised care qualification Regular supervision and support from experienced managers Apply Today If you are ready to support individuals in living fulfilling lives, we would love to hear from you.
