Commercial Property Paralegal Cardiff Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum A Cardiff-based firm specialising in Commercial Property is looking for Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established practice with significant experience handling complex commercial property transactions across a broad client base. This firm's clients range from individuals and small businesses to large corporate organisations, and their work covers a wide spectrum of commercial and investment property matters. The Role You will provide paralegal support on a varied and interesting caseload, assisting solicitors in the sale, purchase, and management of commercial property. The role offers exposure to high‑quality work and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise within commercial property law.
