Updating on progress of repairs.
Booking in new authorized work
Dealing with recovery’s
Requirements for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator
You must have previous experience working as a Customer Service Advisor within the Automotive industry, be a strong team player with great communication and strong customer service skills.
