We're excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to be based at our busy and experienced branch in Gloucester.
About the Account Manager role: You'll be undertaking tasks such as responding to incoming enquiries, responding to customer queries and processing orders.
Expect to be on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers.
You'll proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and look for opportunities to upsell and add value.
We're looking for someone confident and proactive, who isn't afraid to get stuck into a range of tasks.
You'll have prior experience in account management as well as a background in engineering or manufacturing.
What we're looking for in our Account Manager: Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is essential for this role Prior account management experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
