Tower Crane Service Manager

I have been asked to find a Tower Crane Service Manager for my client- a long established and thriving Tower Crane Specialist with a large fleet of Tower cranes at their disposal. The opportunity will involve the planning and scheduling of maintenance- both mechanical and electrical, troubleshooting any repairs as they arise, managing and motivating the team of experienced Tower Crane Technicians and keeping detailed records of maintenance history and any inspections that have taken place in relation to this. The successful applicant will need at least 5 years’ experience in the role along with previous experience as a technician in the tower crane industry. It is essential that you have this background. On offer is a base salary of between 65-75k along with the opportunity to join a successful and growing business with a strong profile and good name in the industry.
