The IT Support Technician, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will be responsible for the user application support, user administration and local infrastructure support across windows based applications.

Proven experience maintaining a corporate technical infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills
Practical experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services is essential, including user and licence administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
