Mobile Service TechnicianLocation: Stafford to Manchester (covering the North West, North Wales & Birmingham)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm)

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime
Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap-outs where required
Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage
Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs
Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field-based or technical role
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with high standards of quality
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting
Interest in the healthcare sector (desirable, but not essential) Benefits
