SALES CO-ORDINATOR
Full Time. £26k - £29k depending on experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you can help influence the future of a growing business. As Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our busy office and help keep sales running smoothly and customers happy.
You will be responsible for all sales orders, maintaining and updating our digital order platform and supporting our sales team with regular stock updates and new product launch information.
Manage customer enquiries, process sales orders, support stock management and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Working closely with directors, credit control, design, production and warehouse you will be the key communication link to our sales team and most importantly, our customers.
Helping to communicate our product quality and brand portfolio with customer care and happiness as the focus.
The key office liaison between customers, sales team, finance, and warehouse.
To ensure timely and efficient customer order processing and delivery.
Maintain and update our digital B2B order platform and manage its smooth running to help maximise sales.
Support sales representatives with excellent communication and coordinate sales-related activities
Full time, 35 hours per week, Office Based Monday to Friday.
Previous experience within a similar role – wholesale, office administration or working on a warehouse and order management system is advantageous.
Competent working with Excel, standard IT packages and office software. A competitive salary
