Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
(Dependent on experience, training, and qualifications)

An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Technician to join a healthcare setting, supporting day-to-day engineering operations and ensuring site safety and compliance.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
• CSCS or ECS card
• Electrical, mechanical (plumbing & heating), or multi-skilled maintenance background
• Experience in a commercial, FM, or healthcare environment advantageous

• Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with some flexibility required to meet operational demands
• Occasional weekend work for out-of-hours repairs or project support (overtime or time in lieu)
• Participation in an on-call rota (typically 1 in 4 weeks)
  • £135 per week on-call allowance, plus call-out payments
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance xwzovoh (PPM) and reactive repairs
• Supporting compliance activities and working alongside external contractors
• Standard working hours typically 8am4pm or 9am5pm

Full training will be provided in areas such as medical gases, legionella awareness, and contractor supervision, enabling continuous skills development.
