Continuous Improvement Lead

Continuous Improvement Engineer Location: Bristol (On-Site) Salary: Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits + up to 7.5% bonus Company: BMR Solutions Ltd (Recruitment Partner) We’re hiring BMR Solutions Ltd are partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business in Bristol to recruit a Continuous Improvement Engineer. If you’re passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and driving real operational change, this is a role where you can make a visible impact. What you’ll be doing: * Deliver Lean Six Sigma training across the business * Coach and mentor teams to embed continuous improvement culture * Lead cross-functional improvement projects (waste reduction, efficiency, quality) * Define and maintain Lean manufacturing standards * Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving * Track and report on KPIs (productivity, cost, quality) * Represent continuous improvement initiatives at group level What we’re looking for: * Engineering degree (or equivalent) * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt * Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to work independently and drive initiatives * Solid IT skills (MS Office) * Experience with risk mitigation and project delivery We encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement but bring relevant experience and the right mindset.
