The school provides a highly inclusive and supportive environment, with a strong focus on meeting individual needs and promoting independence for pupils with complex learning difficulties. The school is looking to take on a SEND Learning Support Assistant on a long-term, part-time basis working 2 days per week. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will be supporting students with a range of needs including MLD, SLD, PMLD, ASD and sensory impairments, working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support in line with EHCPs.
