The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the team, shaping menus and ensuring consistently exceptional food quality and service.
Youll work closely with ownership on concept development, supplier relationships and driving the restaurants reputation as a go-to dining destination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
Manage GP, food costs, labour and kitchen budgets
Oversee ordering, supplier relationships and stock control
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and H&S standards
Drive creativity and menu innovation
Recruit, train and retain kitchen staff
Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver outstanding guest experiences
