We're delighted to be partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed energy business in their search for a Treasury Manager, a newly created, high-impact role.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the treasury function from the ground up within a dynamic and commercially driven environment. As a standalone role initially, you'll take full ownership of treasury operations, with the scope to develop and lead a team as the business continues to scale.
The Opportunity:
This role offers high visibility and direct exposure to senior stakeholders, giving you the chance to influence strategic decision-making and play a key role in the company's growth journey. You'll have the autonomy to design and implement processes, frameworks, and controls, all within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cash and liquidity management across the group
Develop and manage short- and long-term cash flow forecasting
Oversee intercompany funding structures and transactions
Manage and maintain key banking relationships
Support and manage lending facilities, including covenant reporting
Play an active role in M&A activity, providing treasury insight and support
Assess, implement, and evolve hedging strategies as the business grows
What you bring:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
5+ years' treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Familiarity with banking regulations, treasury systems and financial instruments
