Main duties: To manage and grow customer accounts within the DACH region by handling sales activities, supporting business development efforts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role: - Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories - Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support -Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts - Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand - Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction The candidate: - Fluent in German (written and spoken) a huge benefit but not essential - Applications are welcome from candidates with additional European language skills - Previous experience in sales or account management recommended - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management and organisational skills - Lives within commutable distance from the office The salary: up to £34,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and benefits French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
