Factory Operative

We are seeking full time Factory Operatives to join our production team based at our innovative factory in Framlingham, with positions available in all areas of the Factory.

If you have enthusiasm with transferable skills or experience, full training will be provided.
Job outline & skills required
Cleaning, waxing, prepping moulds for lay-up
Application of various release agents/material identification
Gel coat application, laminating skills and hand tool dexterity
Trimming / Finishing
Packing/Shipping
General housekeeping duties changing barrels and re-filling dispensers/cleaning
Excellent team spirit and work ethic
Willingness to learn and develop
Experience with GRP laminating (Advantageous)
Experience trimming and finishing of GRP parts (Advantageous)
Experience wrapping/protecting out bound deliveries (Advantageous)
