Kitchen Manager - What we're looking for: Current Kitchen Manager , Head Chef or strong Sous Chef from a quality branded restaurant or casual dining background
A natural leader who can motivate, train, and develop a team
Strong knowledge of:Food safety & hygiene
Kitchen systems & SOPs
Stock control & GP management
Rotas & labour control
Food presentation & consistency
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Someone who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and leads from the front
