Prestonfield House, one of Scotland's most exclusive luxury hotels and holder of the AA's supreme accolade of Five Red Stars, is seeking an experienced C hef de Partie to join its dedicated team.
Built in 1687 by the King's architect Sir William Bruce as the private residence of Edinburgh's Lord Provost, Prestonfield today is celebrated for its opulent interiors and historic grandeur.With 18 individually designed bedrooms, 5 luxurious suites, 3 historic private dining rooms, the celebrated Rhubarb restaurant, and the circular Georgian Stables Ballroom, Prestonfield is renowned for its heritage, elegance, and award-winning hospitality.
Our package includes:
The on-target earning potential for this role is £39,990 per annum, comprising of a base salary of £33,990 per annum, plus a share of substantial share of the staff gratuities estimated at £6,000 per annum
48 hours per week, working 4 days per week

Along with our Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining and building the property's already excellent Five Red Star, two AA Rosette reputation and have the desire and determination to climb the career ladder and help take the business to an even higher level
