Description Develop and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and participation. Oversee and manage events, programmes, and initiatives that align with the organisation's mission. Line manage an administrative team to ensure consistent and effective communications. Act as a key point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally. Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement activities, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance community offerings. Oversee the development of marketing materials and online content to promote initiatives. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations in all engagement activities.Profile A successful Community Engagement Manager should have: A strong background in managing community-focused programmes within the Not For Profit sector. Proven experience in planning and executing events or outreach initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using digital platforms to promote and manage engagement activities.
