As a Head Porter , you will receive:
Salary: £14.50 per hour

The ideal candidate for the Head Porter role will:
Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
Focus on ensuring all stock controls in the pantries, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
Have ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise, mentor and develop the housekeeping porters.
Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
