Property Manager | Bury (BL9 0EU) | Full Time | £22,500 £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client is a firm of professional property managers, valuers and chartered surveyors with over 125 years experience in the industry. They provide a comprehensive range of property services across the residential sector, managing a wide portfolio across Greater Manchester and the North West.
With offices in Bury and Manchester city centre, they are large enough to offer a complete solution, yet small enough to remain agile and responsive to the changing needs of their clients.
They have an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and customer-focused individual to join their team. This is a varied role managing a diverse residential portfolio, where no two days are the same.

Requirements
Essential
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and a professional customer-facing
Approach
A positive, motivated attitude with energy and enthusiasm
Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Flexibility to deal with the occasional out-of-hours call or enquiry
The Role
Managing a residential property portfolio with confidence and professionalism
Carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear guidance and excellent customer service
Attending AGMs
Liaising with contractors and suppliers to arrange works and negotiate contracts
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets alongside our accounts team
Supporting and motivating team members, while advising on complex queries
