Would you like to work amongst the beautiful grounds of the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, at some of the most iconic Motorsport and horse racing events in the UK? You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering renowned events such as the Goodwood Members meeting, The iconic Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Revival Festival and many more! No transport provide, so must live local or have own transport.

Roles Available: Hospitality / Restaurant / Box Waiting Hospitality / Retail Bar Staff Hospitality / Bar Runner Kiosk and Concession Staff Cashiers Baristas Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.

You will be working with chefs, managers, and other catering assistants effectively to ensure a smooth delivery of service.

We will offer training for those that have no experience.

Personality is key, below are some of the key requirements and responsibilities Jobs roles you could be doing whilst working: Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately Preparing and clearing tables Taking orders in restaurants Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service Preparing simple food and serving tea and coffee Develop an understanding of the product range available Manage payments through our till system Requirements: Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues Excellent team working skills Positive work outlook Excellent time keeping Self Motivated A driven and dependable approach to work Upbeat and welcoming personality The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods No previous experience necessary – full training provided Own transport or live locally, no transport provided Why work with us?
