About the role
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Complaints Resolution)
Location: Warlingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer complaints via inbound and outbound telephone calls
Listening to customer concerns and responding with empathy and professionalism
Investigating issues thoroughly to provide accurate and timely resolutions
Recording all interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately on internal systems
Escalating complex or unresolved cases in line with company procedures
Ensuring all complaints are handled in line with service standards and compliance requirementsSkills & Experience Required:
Strong telephone-based customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or complaints handling preferred
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
