We’re looking for an experienced Senior Asbestos Surveyor to join our Hazardous Materials team, covering London and surrounding regions. This is a hands-on role for someone who values accuracy, professionalism, and doing things properly. The Role You’ll be responsible for: * Carrying out management, refurbishment & demolition asbestos surveys * Conducting asbestos in the ground inspections * Producing accurate, defensible reports using our NexGen system * Working in line with HSG264 and current asbestos legislation * Delivering professional advice and support to clients on site * Maintaining QHSE standards and documentation About You You’ll ideally have: * BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification) * Strong knowledge of HSG264 * Full UK manual driving licence * Experience working independently across client sites * A reliable, professional, and quality-focused approach What You’ll Get * £1,000 joining bonus for experienced hires applying directly * 10% London allowance (postcode dependent) * Paid travel time within your 40-hour week * Working away allowances * Healthcare Cash Plan * Flexible working options * Training & career development * Enhanced family leave * Wellbeing support, discounts & cycle-to-work scheme Why Lucion?
