Electrical Fitter

Job Title: Electrical Fitter Location: Dereham Salary: £300 a day Job Type: Full-time / Permanent About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components and systems in line with technical specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit electrical components and wiring systems Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Install electrical systems in industrial or commercial environments Carry out testing, fault-finding, and diagnostics Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations Perform routine maintenance and repairs as required Collaborate with engineers and other team members to meet project deadlinesRequirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter or similar role Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or installation (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong understanding of electrical systems and components Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of health and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesirable: Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments ECS/CSCS card (if applicable) Testing and inspection certificationBenefits: Competitive salary Overtime opportunities Training and development programs Pension scheme Supportive team environmentHow to Apply: If you are a motivated Electrical Fitter looking for your next opportunity, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience
