Shift Patterns:
Any 5 days out of 7, a rota will be assigned.
Pay Rates:
15.06 GBP hourly
As a Line Leader you will need to have:
Good English level
Ability to manage the team and direct reports.
As Line Leader, it would be desirable to have:
Team player with good communication skills.
Role of a Line Leader:
Oversee daily operations of the production line.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Motivate and guide the production team to achieve targets.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the line.
