Escape Recruitment is working exclusively with an established facilities management business in Livingston to recruit a Customer Coordinator. This isn't a call centre and it isn't a sales role. You'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial customers, making sure maintenance requests are managed from start to finish. One minute you'll be speaking with a customer, the next you'll be arranging engineers, updating clients, coordinating subcontractors or making sure urgent jobs are completed within agreed timescales. No two days are the same. What you'll be doing Managing customer enquiries by phone and email. Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works. Scheduling engineers and subcontractors. Keeping customers updated on job progress. Prioritising urgent requests. Updating internal systems accurately. Building long-term relationships with your customers. Working closely with the wider operations team. We're looking for someone who Enjoys speaking with customers. Can stay organised when managing multiple jobs. Is comfortable working in a busy environment. Has strong administration skills. Can build relationships with customers and colleagues. Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.Previous facilities management experience isn't essential.
