A talented Food & Beverage Assistant Manager is required for a beautifully positioned country inn set within the heart of the Lake District.

Surrounded by woodland and rolling fells, this charming property offers a warm and welcoming escape, combining rustic character with refined hospitality.
The restaurant has built a strong reputation for its seasonal British menus, working closely with local suppliers to showcase the best of Cumbrian produce, alongside a carefully curated drinks and wine offering.

42.5 hours contract plus paid overtime

As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager you will:
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
Lead service and be a visible, confident presence on the floor
Train, mentor and motivate the front-of-house team
Ensure high standards of service, presentation and guest care
Assistwith rotas, stock control and operational organisation
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
Help drive standards and contribute to the continued success of the business
