Arecibo People are delighted to be working with a well-established 4-star hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Whitchurch, Shropshire, to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead a busy Food & Beverage operation across multiple outlets, including restaurant, bar, and leisure facilities such as golf and spa.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of all Food & Beverage outlets
Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and guest experience
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to drive profitability
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
Work closely with other departments to maximise revenue opportunities
Support training and development across the team
About You
Proven Food & Beverage management experience within a hotel environment
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach xwzovoh
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Commercially aware with experience managing costs and budgets
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service
Ideally experienced in hotels with golf and/or spa facilities
