New Homes Sales Advisor – Premium Housebuilder
Location: Radcliffe‑on‑Trent Salary: £35,000 + Commission Hours: Covering Tuesday–Sunday (working 5 days per week on a rota)
We are hiring on behalf of a high‑quality, design‑led housebuilder known for creating beautifully crafted homes across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a respected developer with an outstanding reputation for elegance, detail and customer experience.

The Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of the development, guiding customers through their buying journey and creating a warm, memorable experience from first enquiry to completion. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting stylish homes and helping buyers imagine their future lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
* Creating a friendly, polished first impression in the marketing suite
* Managing enquiries, appointments and follow‑ups with care and professionalism
* Presenting homes, interiors and specification details with confidence
* Supporting customers through reservations, choices and completion
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
* Working closely with site teams, solicitors and mortgage advisors
* Representing the brand with pride, warmth and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in New Homes Sales (essential)
* Confident, engaging communication style
* A natural ability to build rapport and deliver a high‑quality customer experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently on a busy development
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
