We're recruiting for a Sous Chef opportunity within a well-established hospitality operation in Dorset , based in a unique multi-space venue combining restaurant dining, café service, and large-scale events. Key Responsibilities:
As Sous Chef , you'll support the smooth running of a busy fresh-food kitchen delivering service across multiple hospitality spaces:
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen leadership
Leading the team during service and maintaining consistency across all areas
Assisting with seasonal menu development using fresh ingredients
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Helping deliver catering for events, private functions, and group bookings

Experience working within a fresh-food kitchen environment
Confidence supporting a team across both restaurant and event service
A hands-on leadership style during busy services
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
