What youll be doing Running your own section with confidence and consistency
Cooking and plating to a high standard alongside the Head Chef
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What were looking for At least 1 year as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up)
Solid all-round kitchen experience (2+ years preferred)
Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine passion xwzovoh for cooking and developing your craft
Someone who leads by example and supports their team
Flexibility to work in a busy, dynamic environment
What youll get £35,000 salary (48 hours) + service charge (~£4,000/year)
33 days holiday (increasing with length of service)
