The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where procurement sits at the core of operations, not on the sidelines. You'll lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across high-impact, direct categories including construction/build, fuel, power, battery and storage, as well as mechanical and electrical components that keep critical infrastructure running. Working cross-functionally, you'll manage stakeholders, lead key negotiations, and take full ownership of your category, driving real value in a company that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its supply chain capability.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver category strategies within Direct spend categories
Lead sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
Manage supplier performance and relationships
Collaborate across technical and commercial teams
Act as the key point of accountability for your category
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in procurement and/or category management within M&E/construction or Directs
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable xwzovoh in a fast-paced environment
Experience with mechanical, electrical, or construction categories is beneficial
