Benefits £40,000 £45,000 package including service charge
Sundays & Mondays off every week
Two additional straight shifts weekly
6 weeks holiday per year , including Christmas closure

Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes during service
Work closely with the wider brigade to maintain standards
Support consistency, prep, and kitchen organisation
Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients daily
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
