Operations Technician

Pay: £18.17 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Shifts:
24/7 rotating shift pattern consisting of 12-hour shifts:
6:00am – 6:00pm
6:00pm – 6:00am
Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotating basis.
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an operations Technician to join a busy production environment for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking to join a fast-paced operational team.
Key Responsibilities
Operating and supporting production line activities
Monitoring production yields and escalating issues in line with reaction escalation procedures
Monitoring and topping up consumables on production lines as required
Preparing materials and equipment for use within the ECA (Environmentally Controlled Area)
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the work area
Working collaboratively with the wider operations team to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
Following all site safety, hygiene and xwzovoh operational procedures at all times
Requirements:
Relevant production/manufacturing or operational experience
Good communication skills
Strong teamwork skills
Flexible and adaptable approach due to the demands of the operation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
