Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
£40,000 to £43,000 package
Live in accommodation available £400 a month
Working 48 hours per week
Hands-on experience with whole-animal butchery and seasonal menu development
Opportunity to put your stamp on weekly specials
Supportive and passionate ownership with a strong focus on quality
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
Supporting the Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen, from service to supplier management
Leading the brigade in the Head Chefs absence and ensuring smooth service
Assisting with menu development, creating dishes that showcase the best local produce
Maintaining high kitchen standards, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
Helping manage stock levels, GP, and ordering to keep the kitchen running efficiently
Training and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment
