Average monthly guaranteed hours available
£500 joining bonus
Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
Live-in care: £130 – £145 per day
45p per mile mileage allowance
Holiday pay (12.07%)
Company pension (3% contribution)
Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the Role As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Your role may include:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Supporting with personal care and daily routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Building meaningful, trusted relationships
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing
£250 upon successful completion of probation
