We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a stunning premium restaurant and winery in Victoria, Australia. The venue is also well known for events, private hires, and weddings, so experience managing these will be key.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within premium or high-end restaurants
Strong wine knowledge and passion for premium hospitality
Experience managing events, weddings, and private dining
Full driving licence required
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and winery venue xwzovoh
Leading and developing the front-of-house team
Delivering exceptional guest service in a premium dining environment
Managing events, private hires, and weddings
Working closely with the kitchen and wine teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
