We are currently working with a stunning countryside venue offering a fresh, seasonal food concept within a busy clubhouse kitchen. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, and events, while helping lead the brigade and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Mostly day time hours. Earliest start time 7am latest finish 7pm (5pm finish most days) This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Sous or ambitious Junior Sous looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on standards or progression.
* Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
* Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all service periods
* Assist with menu development, daily specials, and events
* Take responsibility for stock ordering and monthly stock-takes
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
* Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
