Production Operative

JT Recruit are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Chesterfield, this role is working Monday through Friday, 8am – 4.30pm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business specialising in the production of high-quality street signage and posts, with permanent positions available for the right candidates. Duties may include: * Manufacturing and assembling signage products * Operating machinery and production equipment * Quality checking finished products * Packing and preparing items for dispatch * General warehouse and production duties * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Candidate requirements: * Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred * Good attention to detail * Ability to work as part of a team * Reliable with a strong work ethic * Willingness to learn and develop new skills What’s on offer: * Full-time hours, Monday to Friday * Weekly pay while temporary * Opportunity to secure a permanent contract * Friendly and supportive working environment * Immediate starts available Pay: £12.71 - £13.66 subject to experience.
