Site/Sub Agent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support delivery on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton. Works include cofferdam backfill, clean water pipework installation, and associated civils packages on a long-term programme of works. Agent Responsibilities: * Support the management and delivery of site operations * Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams * Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme * Maintain quality assurance and site documentation * Assist with planning, reporting, and client coordination Agent Requirements: * Previous experience on heavy civils or water infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of clean water / pipeline works preferred * SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS Card * Good understanding of temporary works and site safety procedures * Strong organisational and communication skills To apply, click the apply button and submit your CV
