Instrument Designer

Instrument Designer / C&I Designer 12 month contract Manchester £35 to £40 per hour (Inside or Outside IR35) Hybrid working; Tuesday to Thursday in office A large engineering business is looking for an experienced Instrument Designer / C&I Designer to support ongoing project work within a regulated industrial environment. What will you be doing? • Producing loop diagrams, cable diagrams and schematics • Developing 3D models and design deliverables • Producing cable schedules and bills of materials • Supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams • Ensuring designs comply with UK standards and legislation What will you need? • Previous Instrument / C&I design experience • Strong CAD and 3D modelling skills • AVEVA PDMS experience would be beneficial • Experience within industrial, process or energy environments Please apply with an updated CV for further information.
