Financial Adviser, Hampshire | Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Equity (flexible for the right candidate)

We are partnering with one of the UK's largest and most respected accountancy practices to expand its growing financial planning division. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join an established, high-quality practice, with a genuine equity stake on offer, making this far more than just a job.

The role:

• Provide independent, holistic financial advice to new and existing clients
• Assess client circumstances and deliver tailored strategies across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
• Leverage introducer relationships to develop your client bank and grow your portfolio

About you:

• Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards is a distinct advantage)
