What you'll do
Manage a small team of developers, helping them improve and grow while keeping an eye on future tech direction. You'll also get involved in architectural design, making sure systems are built to last and scale.
On top of that, you'll stay hands-on with coding, building applications using the C# .NET stack. It's a chance to work with modern tech in a well-structured team where your ideas will be listened to and implemented.
What you'll need
Experience leading a small team of developers
Strong background in architectural design
Extensive experience with the Microsoft stack, particularly building web apps with C# .NET
