Care Coordinator for Live In Care

At Home Straight, we are a premium, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional hourly and live-in care, predominantly to older adults. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Live-in Care Manager to support the new live-in care service. Oversee the day-to-day management and supervision of the live-in care team. Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to ensure high standards of care delivery. Conduct initial assessments and create bespoke care packages for new live-in clients. Handle and resolve client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or senior-level role within a live-in care or domiciliary care setting. A relevant professional qualification, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Strong Commercial Acumen: A strategic mindset for business growth and financial management.
