What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support business growth and transformation initiatives
Partnering closely with senior leaders to develop financial strategies and optimise operational efficiencies
Managing a small team, inspiring best practices whilst driving continuous improvement across financial functions
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Playing a key role in implementing new systems and processes to enhance financial management and reporting excellence
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
Proven experience in financial management within a fast-paced environment, ideally within the professional services sector
Strong knowledge of financial systems, with the ability to lead change and implement new processes
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation
Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior leadership decisions
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
