Performance Marketing Lead

My client, a fast-growing construction technology business, is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to drive lead generation and campaign performance, with a strong focus on AI-led marketing optimisation and implementation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own paid media, demand generation, and campaign strategy, using data and AI tools to scale pipeline and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Own and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) • Drive B2B lead generation and pipeline growth • Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance and marketing workflows • Analyse performance data (MQL, CPL, ROI) and continuously optimise • Support ABM, nurture campaigns, and event-driven lead generation Requirements • Proven B2B performance marketing / demand gen experience • Strong hands-on paid media experience (LinkedIn & Google Ads) • Experience using AI tools in marketing (automation, content, optimisation, etc.) • Data-driven with strong analytical skills • Experience in SaaS / tech / high-growth environments preferred • 3+ years Google Ads experience This is a great opportunity to join a scaling tech business and play a key role in embedding AI into marketing.
