A respected prime residential contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee phases of a grand country house refurbishment in Surrey.

This is a long term project involving extensive works to listed buildings, structural works and ultra high spec interiors finishes.

You’ll report to a Project Director and work alongside a dedicated delivery team.

The Role

• Managing delivery of designated phases from inception to completion
• Leading subcontractors, site teams, and consultants
• Ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met
• Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships

Requirements

• Please note that applicants are required to have extensive experience of delivering super prime residential projects with a main contractor, construction management contractor or developer
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong technical understanding of luxury finishes and detailing
