SEND Teaching Assistant - Year 2 Inclusion Base Location: Hackney Start Date: ASAP going into September Pay: £100 per day (increasing to £120 after one term) Contract: Full-time Are you a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive school environment? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a warm and welcoming primary school with a fantastic community ethos, seeking a committed SEND TA to join their inclusion base associated with the children in Year 2. You will work closely with a colleague to support five children with additional learning needs, delivering targeted, personalised interventions to help them thrive. The Role This is a highly rewarding position where you will: Support a small group of pupils within the school's inclusion base Deliver tailored interventions designed to meet individual learning needs Work collaboratively with another TA and the wider SEND team Help create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience supporting children with additional learning needs Demonstrate a good understanding of phonics programmes, ideally Read Write Inc.
