H&S Advisor (Construction)

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of a well-established, construction fit out client, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Health & Safety professional to join a growing business with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional Health & Safety advice and guidance across multiple sites * Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments * Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures * Investigate incidents and produce detailed reports with corrective actions * Deliver toolbox talks and support ongoing safety training initiatives * Promote a positive health & safety culture throughout the business * Support management teams with policy implementation and best practice Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety Advisory role * Hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate * Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites What’s on Offer * Competitive salary - £38k to £45k (DOE) * 32 days annual leave * Career development opportunities * Supportive and professional working environment * Opportunity to join a respected and growing organisation If you are an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you. 📩 Apply now through CNX Recruitment or contact our team for more information
