Multi Trade Operative – Planned Bathroom Fitting Location: Eastleigh Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Rate: £25 per hour Benefits: Company van included We are currently recruiting for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out planned bathroom fitting, along with general repairs and maintenance across properties in the Eastleigh area. This role will involve working on both void and tenanted properties. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out a wide range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance Completing planned bathroom installations to a high standard Working across carpentry, plumbing, and other trade disciplines Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safelyRequirements: Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or time-served experience) in carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing Proven experience working competently across non-core trades Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks at a multi-skilled level Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please contact: Zach Jordan (phone number removed) (url removed)
